Is there a free trial available?
Yes, you can try us for free for 30 days. Our friendly team will work with you to get you up and running as soon as possible.
What does the subscription fee include?
The subscription fee is for SenoSpace network access, analytics, backend services, alerting and reporting over e-mail or SMS, mobile app and the ability to communicate to your wireless devices.
Do I need a subscription?
If you intend to use the SenoSpace network then yes, you will need a subscription. You can connect LoRAWAN or Sidewalk enabled devices to your own backend / network server and this can bypass the subscription fee but you must provide your own visualizations, analytics and reporting tools.
Do you offer more discounts?
Discounts are based on volume and those on an Enterprise level account can receive discounts. Contact sales@senospace.com for further details.
How does billing work?
You can purchase a subscription when purchasing the hardware through the website. Pro and Enterprise based accounts can contact sales@senospace.com if wiring is required.
What is a device?
A device is any device that can be assigned to an Organization and Deployments. This includes Gateways, Shut-Off valves and sensors.
How is data stored and saved for my devices?
Data is saved in aggregated hourly, daily and weekly buckets. Raw data expires in 30 days and is deleted. Aggregated data, hourly, daily, weekly is saved for 1 year. After 1 year the data is compressed and moved to cold storage.
Do you offer any API integrations?
We intend to provide almost all internal API's publicly to allow users to build their own plugin's and interfaces to their data.
Do you offer any OEM/ODM services?
We are focused on providing a great SmartHome, SmartBuilding and SmartCity experience utilizing our own hardware and software services. If you do have OEM/ODM requests please contact us at support@senospace.com and we can forward you to a great partner that specializes and focuses on OEM/ODM.
